by Tali Thomason on September 30, 2020

Working from home? This is a great opportunity to check out Casemaker4. Just as with previous versions of Casemaker, your access includes not just your state, but all 50 state and federal jurisdictions. You get case law, statutes, rules, regulations, registers, attorney general opinions, constitutions, bar journals, and more. and it is available anywhere you have access to the internet!

Log in to Casemaker as you normally do, and click the Casemaker4 tile on the right of the home page. We think you will find it is an intuitive system that is easy to use but we also understand that you may want some extra help. Casemaker’s support is here to help. While in the Casemaker4 system you can click on the Videos link in the upper right. Here you can review a tutorial overview that covers all you need to get started with Casemaker4.  Also available in the upper right is the Help link. Clicking this link will place you in the Casemaker Learning Center. Here you are provided with a link to Quick Start Guide, an additional link for our videos and a link to our weekly search tips archive. The Help page includes our Contact Us link. This provides our Customer Support Information. Casemaker’s live Customer Support is available Monday – Friday from 8 AM till 8 PM Eastern. Here we provide our toll-free telephone number as well as our email address, and a link to live chat with us, both on the Help page and in the Features Toolbar.  Next to the Help link and Live Chat link is the Webinar link. These webinars are free, and you can attend as many times as you like. They are presented by our support staff training experts and cover everything you need to know to use Casemaker4 effectively. We are also on social media. On Facebook and Twitter, we regularly post tips, tricks, and updates just like this email about Casemaker4 and all of Casemaker’s other tools and services.

That is all for this week! We will back with more tips and tricks next week. Thanks again for making Casemaker a Valued Member Benefit.
