A Day in the Life of a Small Firm Attorney—Complimentary Webinar Series

by Tali Thomason on February 23, 2015

LexisNexis will be hosting a complimentary three-part, non-CLE accredited webinar series beginning in March, for small law firm attorneys and attorneys who want to start their own law firm.

Session 1: A Day in the Life of a Small Firm Attorney—Medical Malpractice and Personal Injury

Wednesday, March 11 from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m.

The life of a medical malpractice litigator is hardly the courtroom theatrics-filled one depicted on screen. In reality, days are filled with research, investigation, poring over medical records and building a strategy and a case. Plaintiff or defense, there’s a great deal to do and to learn along the way. Attorneys will benefit from the speakers’ guidance as they walk you through such important day-to-day operations as reviewing medical records, preparing experts and filing pre-trial motions.

Presenters:

Brandon E. Bass:  Brandon specializes in products liability, medical malpractice, and trucking lawsuits. He also speaks and writes frequently on the topics of personal injury and wrongful death legal issues. In 2011, Mr. Bass earned the highest rating available to lawyers from Martindale-Hubbell, the AV® Preeminent ranking, based on peer review.

Robert B. Graziano:  Bob is a trial lawyer who focuses on healthcare and business litigation. Mr. Graziano is well-respected in the legal community obtaining many awards including: AV® Preeminent ranking, The Best Lawyers in America® for Medical Malpractice Law – Defendants (2013 – 2015), and was selected as an “Ohio Super Lawyer” by Ohio Super Lawyers magazine (2005-2015).
